There are no recorded nature or animal sounds on this CD, just music.  The Calm is a collection of meditative melodies and musical themes, in a gentle Celtic style, arranged as four continuous parts.  Played from start to finish, the album lasts for approximately 70 minutes but by playing selected parts, you will be able to enjoy listening to shorter  20, 30 or 60 minute sections depending on your needs.
